Our Online Store receives orders non-stop, we deliver in most parts of the world and you will receive your order based on the delivery timing below:

- All the orders will process and ship from our warehouse in Singapore. Upon receipt of your order and shipping confirmation, we may need 24-48 for receipt of tracking information
You can track your order by clicking the tracking number provided in the email. Please note that there’s no update if your parcel is in transit.
- We provide FREE Shipping for all orders above US$200 under Standard Delivery. If client wish to get the orders faster, we can provide express shipping by using DHL Express (client must bear extra cost and prices vary based on location.) We take up to 24 hours to process all orders. All cancellations should be made within this period.
- For some country delivery timing maybe longer than our standard indicated delivery time frame it is due to jurisdiction of individual customs clearances and regulations.
Customs Import Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and will not be able to advise on what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may wish to visit your customs website for full details.
In the event that an order is shipped and buyer refused acceptance of shipment delivery due to import duties and taxes assessment, all return duties and taxes and shipping charges will be billed to the buyer’s method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
